**CIPs DAO**では各CIP DAOの代表である**Numbers**が**Top Idol**を目指すプラットフォームを目指します。\
また、**Numbers**を中心とした**世界観の構築**を目指します。

**NumbersNFT**ホルダー、**ItemNFT**ホルダーは**CIPs DAO**に参加する権利を持ちます。

全てのCIP DAO要素が完了すると、**CIPs DAO**要素が全て公開されます。
