# OverView

**CIP** is **the world's first DAO** to bring the **Create2Earn(C2E)** concept and **Japanese idol culture to life on the** **Web3.0**.

**Creators** become creators in the DAO by holding NFTs (**MasterNFT, DesignerNFT**) that allow them to create Idols or iDOL accessories. Creators can earn DAO currency that can be used within the DAO or cashed out for profit by continuously holding or selling NFT.

**Holders** can participate in the DAO by holding either the Idol itself or the iDOL's accessory NFT.(**NumbersNFT, ItemNFT**). These NFT are rights to participate in DAO and earn DAO currency by participating in events, by ranking in popularity votes, and by having NFT used in events. Currently, the DAO currency is under development. Holder activity will develop the DAO and maximize the benefits to the holder for their activity.

By being a **DAO**, **CIP** aims to build a system where creators are financially rewarded, and to create a long-term platform to promote idol culture to the world and connect the general public to Web 3.0.

**Note: CIP is currently in its early stages, so the content of the whitepaper is subject to change in the future.**

#### **Definition**
